A Celebration of Champagne & Caviar!

Join Seattle sommelier Arnie Millan for a bubbly tasting of Champagne with caviar provided by Seattle Caviar, accompanied by a lively discussion about caviar, Champagne and sparkling wine. Learn all about Champagne in time to inform your choices about this fabulous holiday beverage.



Arnie will talk briefly about the history of Champagne, how it is made and how to enjoy it by taking you step-by-step through the tasting process with five different true Champagnes. Dale Sherrow from Seattle Caviar will talk about this ultimate luxury.



The Champagne and Caviar Tasting will take place Sunday, November 16th at 4:00 p.m. in the Cambridge Room at the Warwick Hotel. The hotel is located at 401 Lenora Street in downtown Seattle. Cost is $79 per person.
